FEES TO LANDLORDS
LET ONLY: 10% PLUS VAT DEDUCTED IN ADVANCE FOR THE FULL TERM
Includes marketing, conducting viewings, negotiating, referencing, legal paperwork, payment of monies, notifying service providers and arranging the Inventory.
DEPOSIT PROTECTION: £35.00 PLUS VAT / £42 INCLUSIVE OF VAT
Deposit will be registered with the Deposit Protection Service.
RENT COLLECTION: 2.5% PLUS VAT DEDUCTED MONTHLY FROM THE RENT
In addition to Let Only service, collection of rent and transfer to designated bank account, accounting, Rent Guarantee Service Free of Charge for the first year only and subject to references.
FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE: 5% PLUS VAT DEDUCTED MONTHLY FROM THE RENT
In addition to the Let Only and Rent Collection Services, dealing with outgoings such as ground rent, service charges and insurance from rental income, repairs, regular inspections and dilapidations and deposit returns.
